Check In Instructions
We aim to have rooms ready by 3:00pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, please indicate preferred time on the booking form. We will endevour to have your room ready by this time - if not we can, at least, store luggage and complete registration. Please give an accurate ETA - as we plan our day around these. Should your arrival time change, please inform us ASAP.
Children and Extra Guests Details
Both Superior King Rooms have the ability to have a single trundle bed in the room for a third guest. The B&B rate for the additional guest is $45.00 per night.
Car Parking Details
Off-street parking is available, but it is limited and must be pre-booked. A public parking garage is also located in Batman Street (fees apply) and there are metered parking spaces along Batman Street as well.
Travel Directions
Situated at the corner of Spencer and Batman Streets (Melways Reference Map 2E, J2). RITC is a short walk from Southern Cross Station (which is 800m south of RITC), Flagstaff Station (800m South East of RITC), by tram (at the corner of Spencer and Latrobe Streets (400m south of RITC), Interstate & Airport Bus Terminal (which is 600m south of RITC) or by car. If you are taking the Skybus Airport Shuttle from Tullamarine. You can use the FREE Hotel Transfer buses that leave the Melb. Bus Terminal regularly and be dropped of at the front door. If you are driving yourself or taking a taxi from the airport, follow the "City" signs until the Dynon St exit. This exit takes you onto Spencer Street. After you have crossed the Dudley Street intersection/traffic lights, take the next right into Batman Street. We are on the right hand side after you make the turn.
